Khia Tullaé is a New York–based millinery brand redefining the urban Western aesthetic through sculptural, handcrafted headwear. Informed by traditional hatmaking and inspired by rodeo iconography, architectural form, and contemporary street style, the brand approaches millinery as wearable sculpture - designed to command attention and anchor an entire look.

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted in the Khia Tullaé New York studio, where heritage millinery techniques are paired with bold experimentation in proportion, structure, and silhouette.
